What it is
This is a set of 4 Bosio Power Plus 764 nozzles, a .232mm orifice upgrade nozzle built for TDIs running a mild to moderate turbo upgrade. It's also an effective upgrade on other VE-pump TDI applications.

Who this is for
The Power Plus 764 is recommended for TDIs already running a mild to moderate turbo upgrade, alongside ECU tuning. On its own it's a meaningful step up from stock, but it's built to be part of a matched setup: turbo, exhaust, and intercooler upgrades alongside it are what unlock the full 150-210 whp range.
Get what you paid for. Add Injector Calibration. A nozzle's optimized spray pattern and tight tolerances are only realized when the injectors are properly set up. KermaTDI's Injector Calibration Service is the only way to properly configure new Genuine Bosio nozzles for correct performance.

VW VE-pump TDIs, 1.9L ALH (1996-2003 Golf, Jetta, Jetta Wagon, New Beetle, Passat) and earlier VE engines.
Common questions
Do I need a turbo upgrade to run this nozzle? Not strictly, it's effective on stock-turbo VE TDIs too, but it's built for mild-to-moderate turbo upgrades, and the full 150-210whp range requires a matched turbo, exhaust, and intercooler setup alongside it.
Do I need calibration after installing? Yes. KermaTDI's Injector Calibration Service is required to properly set up the nozzles for correct spray pattern and performance.
How does this compare to the DLC 764? The DLC 764 uses the same base nozzle geometry with an added Diamond-Like Carbon coating for extended service life on modern ULSD fuel. The Power Plus 764 doesn't have that coating.
