Our own design, built in the USA, and about as clean an install as a turbo-back gets. This kit combines our modular exhaust components, downpipe, cat-back, and mid-pipe, into one system that bolts together without the fab work most "kits" leave you to figure out on your own. It's also, without much competition, the best-looking TDI exhaust on the market.
Kit includes:
Material: 304 stainless steel
Fitment: Mk4 Golf, Jetta, Jetta Wagon, 2002-2006 (ALH/BEW). Also fits 1998-2006 New Beetle TDI, with minor trimming to the rear section and tip since the Beetle is shorter than the Jetta.

Does this exhaust require any cutting or welding to install?
No. The kit is built from modular components, downpipe, cat-back, and mid-pipe, designed to bolt together directly. It's built for a straightforward driveway install rather than fab work.
Does this fit the New Beetle?
Yes, with minor trimming. The Beetle is shorter than the Jetta, so the rear section and tip need slight adjustment. Golf, Jetta, and Jetta Wagon fit without modification.
Does this exhaust retain my catalytic converter?
Yes. The mid-pipe is cut-to-length specifically to retain the stock catalytic converter, so this system doesn't require deleting emissions equipment.
What size is this compared to KermaTDI's other turbo-back exhaust?
This is the 2.5-inch version, built for ALH and BEW engines on the Mk4 platform. KermaTDI also offers a 3-inch turbo-back system for higher-flow builds if you're running a larger turbo or tuned setup that benefits from the extra diameter.
