How it works:

This is a bench tune. Your ECU is removed from the vehicle and shipped to us. Here's the process:

1. Place your order and contact us to schedule: 1-877-537-6283
2. Remove your ECU (we'll walk you through it, it's straightforward)
3. Ship it to us via FedEx or UPS
4. We tune and return it, typically within 2-3 business days of receipt
5. Reinstall and drive

Your van is down for the duration of shipping, plan around that. Most customers are back on the road within a week door-to-door.

Yes. The calibration is built to perform consistently from sea level up through 12,000-foot mountain passes, not just tuned for one elevation band.

How long is my van out of service for this tune?
The ECU has to be removed, shipped to KermaTDI, tuned, and shipped back. Turnaround once we receive it is typically 2-3 business days. Most customers are back on the road within about a week door-to-door, factoring in shipping both ways.

Will this tune trigger check engine lights or affect emissions compliance?
No. It's designed to deliver a refined power increase without setting Check Engine lights or dealer flags. The tune works within the limits of the stock turbo and drivetrain rather than exceeding them.

Is this tune safe for the stock turbo and drivetrain?
Yes. It's calibrated specifically to stay within what the factory turbo, transmission, and drivetrain can handle, rather than chasing maximum output at the expense of reliability.
