The stock Sprinter front caliper runs dual pistons on one side only. Loaded with cargo, towing, or just running heavy daily miles, that's not enough clamping force — and it shows up as fade on long descents or panic stops. The Kerma 6-Piston Big Brake Kit replaces the stock caliper and solid rotor outright with a 3-piston-per-side setup built specifically for the Sprinter platform.
356mm slotted rotors vent heat off the rotor face faster than a solid rotor can, which matters most exactly when you need it — loaded down, on a grade, riding the brakes. EBC's van-specific Yellow pads (UK-made) are compounded for the extra weight vans carry, not repurposed car pads, and stainless lines replace the factory rubber so pedal feel stays firm under repeated hard stops instead of going soft.
Everything needed for a complete front installation is in the kit — no separate pad or line purchase required.

Why It's Here:
The factory Sprinter caliper was never sized for the loads these vans actually carry. This kit exists because upfitters and overlanders running real cargo weight needed front brakes that match it.
