This specialty tool is used to pull the cam sprocket hub on 2004-2006 PD TDI engines BEW, BHW and BRM. It is needed, along with MNT051 shown above to remove the hub from PD TDI cam shafts during camshaft replacement or other head work. This tool is NOT needed for routine timing belt changes.
