Head Gasket Installation Kit for B5.5 Passat

This Kit includes:

• Pd Head bolts - set of 10
• Coolant outlet flange with new o-ring seal
• Intake manifold gasket
• Exhaust manifold gasket
• Downpipe gasket
• 4 x Metal EGR gaskets - Not picture but included
• Valve cover gasket
• Cam seal
• Tandem pump gasket
• 4 x Injector seal kits
• 15 copper exhaust nuts

- Head Gasket - Please indicate number of circular holes (which determines thickness). DO NOT COUNT ELONGATED HOLES

Note: When replacing the engine block, rods, crankshaft, and especially pistons it is imperative to measure piston protrusion at TDC above the block deck in order to select the correct head gasket thickness. Projection MUST fall between .91mm and 1.20mm & have the appropriate head gasket thickness to achieve the correct compression ratio.
