POWERPLUS 1043 are a fresh redesign of the stock PD150 nozzles found in the European ASZ and ARL models.
This is a complete upgrade nozzle design that not only flows faster, it can flow more than a PD150 nozzle by about 36% (when tested under laboratory conditions)! This often results in better engine efficiency by virtue of more optimum injection window.
Calibration, Install and Remanning needed with this nozzle set.
Flow Data: +93% over Stock Flow ( vs the 100hp Bosch DSLA 150P 1362 nozzle)
Flow Data: +38% over PD150 ( vs the 150hp DSLA 150P 1043)
Supports Power Outputs from: 130-210hp (with supporting modifications)
ULSD Rated Nozzle- 5 year unlimited mileage warranty (with our Calibration)
NOTE: The ECU determines the peak fuel delivery so we cannot make specific promises in terms of power improvement, but there will be a power gain compared to the stock BEW/BRM/BHW injectors. There may also be a slight improvement in overall fuel economy with a stock BEW, BRM, or BHW ECU. There will be more smoke at full throttle unless complimentary changes are made to the ECU calibration. Your actual results are highly dependent upon the accompanying ECU tuning (calibration) and the mechanical condition of the car, among other factors.
Our experience has shown these nozzles to support up to approximately 100hp per liter of engine displacement with appropriate ECU and hardware upgrades.
Thanks to our DLC Coatings this replaces the non-DLC coated nozzle in your stock injector with one designed for exclusive use with ULSD (low Lubricity fuels)! This nozzle is backed by our 5 year unlimited mileage warranty when running ULSD and upto a maximum of ASTM spec B20 Biodiesel (SME or RME) only.
We STRONGLY recommend our PD injector nozzle upgrade service, because changing the nozzles on your PD injectors requires highly specialized tooling and skills that are not generally available. If you try to do-it-yourself you will very likely ruin your very expensive unit injectors.
Fits all PD injectors: 2004-2006 Jetta, Jetta Wagon, Beetle, Golf, Passat TDI
