Open up your TDI's breathing with a full 3-inch turbo-back in 304 stainless steel, designed and made in the USA. The larger diameter cuts exhaust backpressure, which means cooler EGTs and the flow headroom your engine needs once it's tuned or running a bigger turbo and nozzles — this is the exhaust that lets the rest of your build actually work. A built-in resonator keeps the tone deep and civilized instead of droning on the highway.

Our all-new v.2 design is easier to install than the original and finished to a standard you'll be proud to have under your car.

Complete bolt-in system — everything's included:

• Full 3" turbo-back, 304 stainless steel, US-made
• Built-in resonator for a clean, drone-free tone
• All clamps, hardware, and gaskets
• O₂ sensor bung for BEW cars, plus a block-off bung for ALH
• Your choice of polished exhaust tip at checkout

Fits: all MK4 ALH and BEW TDIs — 1998–2006 Golf, Jetta, Jetta Wagon & New Beetle.

A couple of install notes:

• The polished turn-down tip requires trimming the last section to fit (Jetta Wagon owners often won't need to). The straight-tip option requires a minor rear-valance modification.
• California: a high-flow catalytic converter is required. This system is 49-state legal and not CARB certified.
