A Note on the Tensioner
This kit previously included the MN3333 tool for adjusting 2-hole tensioners found on some early BEW engines. Customer feedback shows the current replacement tensioners generally accept a 6mm hex key for rotating the tensioner hub instead. Check your replacement tensioner for a hexagon hole before ordering. If it only has two pin holes and no hexagon hole, you'll want the MN3333, sold separately.
Important Compatibility Note
This kit is for BEW and BHW PD engines only. It is not for 2003 and earlier models with rotary pump type engines, which require a different tool kit.

Common Questions
Do I need the MN3333 tool too?
Only if your replacement tensioner has two pin holes and no hexagon hole. If it has a hexagon hole, a standard 6mm hex key works instead, and you don't need the MN3333.
Will this fit my 2003 Jetta?
No, this kit is for BEW and BHW PD engines only. 2003 and earlier rotary pump engines need a different tool kit.
