What It Is
Kerma's Power Plus hardware and tuning package for the ALH engine in 2000-2003 Golf, Jetta, and Jetta Wagon manual transmission cars. It's built to support approximately 190 hp, more than double stock output, as a proven, turn-key combination rather than a piecemeal build. Injector calibration is included for the best results on ALH engines.

What's Included

• Kerma's exclusive 17plus DOKA turbo, with complete turbo install gasket kit and braided stainless steel oil supply line
• OMI (Old Man Intake) with the appropriate plumbing
• ARP head studs
• Calibrated and flow-tested Fratelli Bosio Race 520 injector nozzles, with a 5 year unlimited mileage warranty
• Colt Stage 2 billet camshaft with black nitride lifters, cam seal, ZDDP+, and assembly lube, with a Stage 3 camshaft upgrade available (requires minor clearance work, with instructions provided)
• Darkside Development front mount intercooler with plumbing and turbo adapter (a side mount intercooler option is available by phone)
• South Bend Stage 3 Endurance clutch kit with Silent Design, including a 22lb CNC flywheel, transmission stretch bolts, and clutch lever, clip, and pin kit, normally sold as an extra-cost option but included here
• 3 Bar MAP (boost) sensor
• Kerma custom chip tuning
• Q-PRO+ tuning device for fast, easy updates if you build the car further later

Why the Tuning Stands Apart
Kerma's calibration for this package is built around tighter boost control than typical aftermarket tuning, aimed at better drivability, turbo lifespan, and reliability, with no boost valve required. The result is more power and torque, less smoke, and lower exhaust gas temperatures than a comparable, or often more expensive, combination of parts elsewhere.

A Note on the Q-PRO
Early 1998-99 ALH ECUs don't support the Q-loader and instead require shipping your ECU in for reprogramming. KermaTDI can sometimes arrange a core exchange with a deposit to minimize your car's downtime; contact them for details.
