Kerma Power Plus 165+ WHP Kit — ALH TDI (2000–2003 Golf · Jetta · New Beetle)
The complete, turn-key power package for your 1.9L ALH — engineered, proven, and dialed in so it works right the first time. Not a box of mismatched parts and a generic tune: every component is matched to the others and backed by a custom calibration built for your exact configuration. The result is 165+ wheel horsepower — roughly 67% over stock — with factory-grade reliability, lower EGTs, and less smoke than kits costing far more.
Your car stays a daily driver. Just a much faster one.
Proven, not promised. Dyno-tested with the S7 turbo and DLC764 nozzles — and featured in Diesel Power Magazine on a real customer Jetta. The results speak for themselves.

Everything's in the box:
Tuning that isn't "staged." We don't sell you a generic Stage-X file. Every calibration is personalized by our tuning department to your specific parts — tighter boost control than any competing tuner, better-than-factory throttle response, no boost valve, no endless datalogging and retunes. Buy more equipment from us later and the tune updates are free.
Choosing your kit: Base pricing covers automatic-transmission cars. Manual cars add a clutch built to hold the torque — we recommend the South Bend Stage 2 Daily (Silent Design) with a 22 lb single-mass flywheel, the only solid-flywheel kit on the market that holds this kind of torque while staying as quiet as stock. Transmission stretch bolts, clutch lever, release clip, and pivot pin are all included. Stage 2 Endurance and Stage 3 Daily are available if you want a more aggressive clutch.
At checkout you'll select your injector, turbo, clutch, and turbo-adapter size. Early ALH (1998–mid-2001) also needs the ALH Turbo Retrofit Kit (+$75), and pre-2000 cars ship their ECU to us for programming (core-exchange available — ask us).
Fits:
One kit, one price, everything included. This package saves significantly over buying the parts separately — add your options to the cart to see the combo discount (manufacturer pricing rules keep us from showing it up front). Don't be fooled by cheaper "kits" that nickel-and-dime you to the same result. Earn the red TDI badge and do it once, done right.
