Most Sprinters don't need more top speed. They need more torque. A loaded work van, an upfitted fleet vehicle or a full camper build asks a lot of the stock calibration, and it shows on every grade and every merge. This guide covers which Sprinters we support, what to upgrade first and what to add as your build gets heavier.
Fitment varies by product, so check the year and engine on each product page.
Start here. The KermaTDI Sprinter ECU Tune adds up to 406 lb-ft of torque to 2011-2023 Sprinters, with the biggest gains low in the rev range where a heavy van needs them. It cuts turbo lag, sharpens throttle response and is altitude-tested from sea level to 12,000 feet, with no check engine lights or dealer flags.
It's a bench tune. You mail your ECU to our Utah location, and we flash and return it, typically within 1-2 business days of receiving it. For 2009-2010 Sprinters, see Sprinter Tuning with Q-Pro Programmer (2009-2010).
Once the tune is in, airflow is the next limit, especially for vans that tow or run at altitude.
More torque and more weight mean you need more stopping power.
We stock Sprinter diesel parts for 2.1L and 3.0L engines, including OEM diesel particulate filters, AdBlue DEF injectors, complete fuel injectors and intercoolers.

The ECU tune. It adds the most torque of any single upgrade and makes every later upgrade work better.

It's a bench tune. After purchase, we send instructions for removing your ECU and mailing it to our Utah location. We flash it and ship it back, ready to reinstall.
Typical turnaround is 1-2 business days after we receive your ECU, plus shipping time each way.
Not for most vans. The tune alone covers daily driving and moderate loads. The Garrett turbo is for vans that tow, run fully loaded or spend time at high altitude.
