NOT RECOMMENDED if the oil drain plug points towards the ground. The sender could be broken if the oil pan hits the pavement.

THIS plug is also a great option for installing a 1/8" NPT EGT probe in a PD140 turbo as it is the same size as the preexisting probe hole on the turbo. In this particular circumstance you will need to acquire a steel washer (14mm ID to 16mm OD) (not included) due to the heat generated from the turbo.
