Rosten Performance H-Beam Connecting Rods for VW

These rods 

• come with ARP 2000 rod bolts
• weight matched in sets down to +-1gram
• made from 4340 Cr Ni Mo steel
• heat tempered in several stages and shot peened.
• have tapered small end will work with VE or PD pistons
• Will work with BHW pistons but not in BHW engines due to the larger diameter of the larger con rod end
  
  The rods shown will work for ALH/ASV/AFN/AHF/BEW/BRM and 1Z/AHU motors.

Note: When replacing the engine block, rods, crankshaft, and especially pistons it is imperative to measure piston protrusion at TDC above the block deck in order to select the correct head gasket thickness. Projection MUST fall between .91mm and 1.20mm & have the appropriate head gasket thickness to achieve the correct compression ratio.
