Q: Do you ship to Canada?

Yes. All prices on website are in USD. Taxes and duties are not included in the price of shipping. Make sure you plan for your tax and duties. Occasionally, shipments are delayed due to getting all of the components in our central warehouse to ship in 1 package.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii

Yes we do but typically only two day air or next day air.

Q: Do you ship outside the US

We definitely ship outside the US. But make sure the part is correct for your vehicle.

Q: Shipping Exceptions concerning liquids

Although some liquids are able to be shipped via USPS domestic shipments, KermaTDI only uses Fedex or UPS Ground services to ship motor oil, transmission fluid, coolant, etc. regardless of if a quicker shipping option is available or purchased.

Q: Shipping Carrier and Service Adjustments

On certain occasions, the shipping service may be modified from what is selected. For instance, FrostHeaters are shipped only using the USPS Priority Mail shipping option. Evolution skid plates are shipped with Canadian Post.  If a different option is chosen, priority mail will still be used and a refund may be warranted for an expedited service. (Please contact us) Also due to various timing of pickups between Fedex and UPS we attempt to get a package out the door as opposed to waiting for the next day to ship with the selected carrier. Also expedited shipping with certain carriers to get you a product quicker than if using a selected carrier may be used. If you have an issue with a certain carrier and would like to strictly use a certain shipping provider, please put a note in the Special instructions section when ordering and/or call and speak to our Sale staff (877-537-6283)

Q: What causes a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can occur if the part is special order or built to order. Also shipping delays can occur because of weather. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.

Q: Return Policy:

If there is a problem with an order, the customer must contact KermaTDI immediately. If an authorization to return an item is issued then a 20% Restocking fee will be applied. Only items with a Return Authorization are eligible to be returned. No RMA = No returns. RMA's are issued at KermaTDI's discretion for unused products. Typically store credit is issued, but other arrangements can be discussed. There are no returns on electrical parts, electronics, turbochargers, injectors, nozzles, clutches, brakes or suspension, or special order products. No returns once parts are installed! Any goods that are returned must be in the original packaging and in 'as new' condition. An additional fee will be assessed for returned goods not in the original packaging. While we will do our best to help our customers process any valid claims; shipping related damage claims must be made against the courier service, KermaTDI is not responsible for damage incurred during shipping.

Q: Saturday Delivery

If you would like to have a package delivered to you for Saturday Delivery (if applicable for your shipping address) please contact us via phone 877-537-6273. An additional charge is likely required. Next day air services (Fedex overnight and UPS Next Day, etc) when placed on Friday will be set for Monday delivery if other arrangements have not been made.


Q: How do I find install guides?

If your product does not have an install guide associated with it please give us a call or check out, our sponsor site, which has many DIY installs

Q: Does my product have a warranty?

Almost all products have a 1 year 12k mile manufacturer warranty and some of our Kerma products that we develop have more than that. Most Kerma Designed products have a 2yr 24k warranty.

Q: How do I get Technical Advice?

Please contact with all your technical questions. One of our diesel techs will get back to typically that day. Why only email you ask? Most of our techs are wrenching on cars and do not have time to answer the phone throughout the day.

Q: Why is Kerma Tuning better than the competition?

Kermatdi spends countless hours developing, testing and designing tunes. We also have the cars in house at our disposal for hands on testing (Mk4,Mk5, Mk6, Mk7, B7, B8 Fleet). Kermatdi also has an engineer with over 15 years experience designing diesel tunes. Kermatdi does not do a simple remap tune (cookie cutter). At Kermatdi we dive deep into the mapping process to provide a tune that is refined yet powerful.

Q: Paying with Credit Card

We accept credit card payment for online orders.

Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real-time authorization process we will validate that the "Bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be delayed if we cannot verify the "Bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.

We have experienced extraordinary demand for this excellent product, which is made to order for KermaTDI by the overseas manufacturer. It has been difficult for us to keep high-demand items in stock. Your credit card purchase constitutes prepayment, and delivery should be expected (in most cases) within 30 business days. For those items we have in stock, your shipment should be sent within (in most cases) 3 business days. For "pre-order" items, we will not invoice your credit card until we have a reasonable expectation that the goods will ship in a timely manner.

Q: Sales Tax

At this time sales tax is only collected in Colorado on orders shipped to Colorado locations.

Q: Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped based on the time frame associated with the method of shipment selected at the time of check out. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Q: How to Change Your Order

If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

If we have made an error in your order, we will exchange the item free of charge. No exchanges/refunds on any item that has been installed! All sales are final.

Q: Returns and Exchanges

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below. No COD returns will be accepted.

No returns on used nozzles or turbos!!! If the box is opened or the seal is broken the nozzles or turbo must be considered used. If there is an error, problem, or concern related to your order notify us by e-mail immediately, and we will do our best to correct it. All sales are final.

Warranty requirements: Proof of Qualified Professional Installation and Tuning, Boost and EGT Gauges, New Oil Lines, Correct Oil, Oil Analysis Records, Proper Operation and Maintenance

Q: Warranty

KermaTDI offers a one year warranty against manufacturer defects unless otherwise noted, although some manufacturers offer a warranty that exceeds this one year warranty. This warranty is void if we find that a product is used or installed against the manufacturer's suggested use or if the product has been modified in any way. Please contact KermaTDI in order to obtain RMA # for any warranty transaction.
Genuine (OEM) products sold or shipped outside of the US are sold as is with no expressed or implied warranty.

Items ordered with clearance pricing transactions do not qualify for warranty replacement of an equal item. These items are sold as is, no warranty as they are not replaceable.

Due to the possible rapid failure or misdiagnosis of some products KermaTDI excludes the following products from the warranty above:

  • Brake components* (Brake pads, rotors, etc.)
  • Clutch Components* (Flywheels, disk, pressure plate, etc.)
  • Electrical Components* (Sensors, switches, bulbs, etc.)

In some cases a manufacturer may consider offering a warranty for the items listed as excluded above, however this will be done on a case by case basis only.
All manufacturers require a proper shop diagnosis / paperwork with a description of the problem/defect in order to be submitted for warranty review. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc.

Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s). KermaTDI will only replace or repair warranty items at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing within our company and in some cases may require that the products are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and testing. KermaTDI does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until this process is complete. In some cases warranties will be denied and KermaTDI must return the product(s) at the expense of the customer.

KermaTDI is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred by using the products that we sell. KermaTDI does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by KermaTDI including labor or product coverage. KermaTDI will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from KermaTDI, once the CSD has verified that this part is faulty, and we have confirmed that the part is within its warranty period. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product will not be replaced by KermaTDI under any circumstances. This includes but is also not limited to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments. KermaTDI will only ship replacement products to the original address that the items were shipped to.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any item for warranty inspection or repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
